Once you have agreed to proceed with ordering after a quote, you will be directed to fill out the order form, an invoice will be sent to your email immediately following, for you to pay either your retainer or pay in full for your order. 

Pricing:

The prices at the top of this page are STARTING prices or base pricing. The cake size, add ons, complexity, decor, designs, and flavors will add on to the starting prices. While cupcakes and dipped strawberries start at $50/dozen, there is an order minimum of $100. The only treats that do not apply to this minimum are the cake flights. 

Freestyling: 

For clients who trust me to create a unique design for them, THANKYOU! I love showing my creativity through design! If you would like for me to freestyle a cake with a certain color or theme, I will be happy to. Please keep in mind freestyling is giving me full creative control. A lot of my work you have probably seen, have been freestyle'd designs. They are detailed and come out gorgeous! I always go above a client’s expectations!

Pick up and Delivery:

I offer pickup and delivery.  Delivery is only available for locations within 30 minutes of my location for a flat rate of $50. I do NOT deliver to residences (homes, dorms, apartments) or hotels (unless an event is being held at the hotel event space or restaurant). 

Payment:

• All orders placed 2 or more weeks in advance will require a retainer (some refer to it as deposit) of 50% of the total balance of your cake to secure the order. The remaining balance is to be paid 5 days BEFORE pickup. There are no exceptions. 
• Orders placed UNDER 2 weeks will require payment in FULL at the time of ordering. (It is not guaranteed that I will have availability under 2 weeks, please do not wait until the last minute to place an order)
• All orders under $150 will require payment in FULL at the time of ordering regardless if placed 2 or more weeks in advance. 
• All funds are non-refundable. I will only provide refunds at my discretion. I have never canceled an order on my behalf. In the rare event that does happen, I will refund the client in full. If your event has been canceled, you can use your  50% retainer fee towards another cake/cupcakes/ or strawberries up to 2 months after the date of your previously planned event. 
• I ONLY accept funds through my invoice system. My invoice system accepts all major credit and debit cards as well as Apple Pay. Apple Pay must be used through my invoice system. I do NOT accept Apple Pay outside of my invoice system, Zelle, CashApp, Venmo, Checks, Cash or any other forms of payment.
